Embedded systems use arrays of sensors to understand their environment for applications such as autonomous driving. It is important to understand the latency between these sensors and processing units in order to guarantee timely response. This talk will introduce methods for using a digital oscilloscope to evaluate the relative timing of interfaces including statistics of the data signals on interconnecting digital busses.
